Shipping policy

All U.S orders placed on ALakotaReeds.com are processed using USPS. Shipping for all orders within the U.S are $7.99. 

Customers located locally (Northampton Massachusetts) May pick up reeds in person. Let me know you want to pick up reeds after placing an order and I will refund your shipping. I will let you know when the reeds are ready for pickup, and how to arrange a pickup. 

Some international orders are accepted, and shipping is adjusted dependent on your country of residence.

Lead Times-

Many of the products offered on this website are handmade, which adds to lead times in processing orders. The estimated lead times are listed on the homepage of this website. The listed lead times are fairly accurate, but delays can take place at any time. By purchasing from this website you understand that you may encounter a delay in when your products are shipped by up to a week of the listed lead time. I do my very best to be accurate in predicting my lead time, but any listed lead times are simply a prediction based on past experience, supply, demand, and my schedule.
